Ensure the the track is clean and vacuum frequently, especially bottom track.
Clean the mesh with vacuum cleanner: put paper or soft cloth on the other side of mesh. Vacuum the dust out from mesh.
Spray Pledge Enhancing Polish on bottom and top track, able source from local woolworth.
